It's been days

since I posted last. The recovery is better. I'm only a little sore now. I went to the Dr. today and I'm good to drive and do some more stuff, just not work out or anything physical, like do my job... Great. This will be fun. I'm not as sore so I want to do things but still can't. This just makes me annoyed... haha

Hopefully someone will be around tomorrow to help me carry stuff... ;0)
